Workflow - Stage Types

Regarding the locked items (Sourced, Applied, Offer and Hire). could it be unlocked to allow renaming and positioning in the workflow. In our case we have an Onboarding stage which is post the Offering and Approval and pre the Hire stage. Stages as follows: • Sourcing Stage • Screening Stage • Assessments & Interviewing Stage • Offering Stage • Approvals Stage • Onboarding Stage • Onboard
