I would like to propose creating a centralized template to track all candidates who reach the job offer stage. The template should include all candidates who have been issued an offer, with a clear status update such as Accepted, Pending, or Rejected. Key details may include candidate name, position, offer date, expected joining date, and current offer status. The main objective is to provide better visibility between the Recruitment and Payroll teams. This will enable the Recruitment team to easily track the number of offers extended on a monthly basis and monitor offer acceptance rates. At the same time, the Payroll team will have clear visibility of candidates who have accepted the offer and are expected to join, allowing them to prepare the required payroll setup and stay aligned with the recruitment pipeline. This initiative will improve cross-functional communication, enhance reporting accuracy, and support smoother onboarding and payroll preparation processes
