Editing names of manually added profiles
The system automatically removes the letters with accents like (á) so the name of the candidate would be different than actual. The ability to edit names would be helpful

Make the "Are you sure you want to change the stage from X to Y" optional. Who wants to keep this feature, to keep it. Else, changes take effect immediately

Timed email sending for '+ Email' automation
choose when the email is to be sent when adding an '+ 'Send Email'' to a certain stage in the workflow (i.e. for 'Hired' stage in the workflow, allow to choose when the onboarding email is to be sent)
